Hello everybody!

I just filled out an I-756 form online. However, when I clicked on finish in order to generate a PDF receipt the system crashed. I don't have my receipt number either. I just emailed to E-Filing.Support@dhs.gov and I am waiting for a response.

However, my question is if I need to submit that receipt as a supporting documen?

I know that I need to submit another I-756 form when I am sending the supporting document by mail. Can I just fill out another I-756 or do I need that one that is generated as a PDF on the USCIS website?

Im looking forward hearing from you?

Thanks

USCIS does not have a form I-756 listed on their website.

Do you mean I-765 Employment Authorization?

I would say if the system crashed you would need to fill in another one as it would not have gone through
