Hi guys,

So we sent the I-129f package on the 24th of September and got the NOA1 on the 5th of October. On the 5th of March it should be 5 months so should my fiancee contact her senator on that date?

In case she contacts her senator, what kind of letter should she write?is there somewhere an example what she should write?

Thanks a lot guys,

Cheers,

Eddyy

hmm i have a suggestion for both of u. First place a service request by calling uscis then after a week email csc and at the same time contact ur senator or congressman. u can contact congressman by emailing him or her its very simple. first let it know whr ur fiance in us lives i mean his/her city of residence. then google the name of county which deals with the problems of that particular city whr ur fiance lives. now finally check which congreeman is reponsible for that county. to make it simple see this

1 congressman responsible for = 2 or 3 counties, 1 county is made up of = 5 to 6 cities, so check ur respective congressman after knowing the congressman's name just go to his or her website and email him or her with an authorization letter which can be easily found at thier website. i have done this when my 5 mnth has expired on 7 feb 2011 and i get RFE oon 15 feb 2011.
