Today I went for an infopass appointment to find out how to renew my ead. I was told I had to pay the fee, but after reading the application it turns out I don't have to is that right. I filed in March 2010 received my first ead and my AOS is still pending. So I already filed the fee needed. Please any advise. And all I have to send is is copie of my old EAD, Passport photos, Copie of I-797C of my pending AOS. Did I forget anything?

Thank you

I have done an I-765 renewal about a year ago.

You don't have to pay any fee for it. Yes, you must submit a copy of your old EAD. Just follow the checklist for the I-765 that is available under the forum's guides. It's easy.

I dont have my i-94w card anymore. It was removed out of my passport after my interview. Will that be a problem, since it should be in their file?

So just do reinsure, i read the instructions but maybe I forgot something

Copie of old ead

Is that all or did i forget anything?

Thank you very much

you don't need a copy of your whole AOS application, you need a copy of your I-485 receipt notice. Also, don;t forget to include a cover letter. I remember I opened a thread last year about this, if I find the thread I will send you the link.
