Nickname on PCC

My wife is from China, like everyone in China they usually have American nickname. I have put her nickname on the I-130 form, so how important is it to have her nickname on the police report. Right now I am in the NVC stage. My wife is getting her PCC, she will pick it up this Thursday. Is it to late for her to request they put that nickname on the report? If the USCIS didn't send me RFE should I be worry in the NVC stage?

which line did you use on the I-130 ? (or numbered block)

On I-130 on Line 7 "Other name used (Including maiden name)

On G-325A second row "All Other name used (Including name by previous marriages)

On DS-230 Line 2 and 37 "Other name used or aliases (If married women, give maiden name)

Since the start of my CR process I have always put down the name I always call her and her friends call her "Livia" which is of course an American name.

Should I've been putting down her dad's last name?

Everything on CR paper process has been her Chinese first and last name and not my Last name.

Right now, I am in the process of the I-865 and DS-230 form. I have not received any RFE yet

Please help this question has been bugging me since the start. My concern is basically reading people RFE and seeing some Police Paper work not having matching names of Beneficiary

usually, an alias and an AKA points to some legal identification OR legal paperwork that contains these names.

I'll guess she's no legal paperwork that uses them.

IF you identified them as nicknames on the paperwork, no sweat.

IF you did not identify them as nicknames, still no sweat -

but - name searches are performed on those names, might delay some processing at USCIS (maybe..)

ultimately, if it's any issue on interview day , she can explain that her USC Spouse went overboard with the nicknames usage on the form.
