I agree with both of the above posts. However, in answer to your question, you can request to pick up your fiance's visa at the Domex office in Santo Domingo. You have to pay the regular SD delivery fee, but nothing extra beyond that. But you can't pick it up the same day; it will probably be at least a couple of business days before it's ready. The Domex receipt has a tracking number that you can track online, and you can also call them to check on it.
