hello everyone,

My husband is filling the I-130 and we are having a hard time with the question 13: he got his citizenship through parents, so he has a birth certificate in his own name..

the question is we can not find the number in his certificate ..there is a number in the right down corner... is that the number?/ if anybody had a situation like mine please ...let me know what did you do

I believe that there should be a number in red, in the top on the left. I don't know if the certificate varies a lot from state to state, but his has 7 numbers, and it's right beside the state that issued it, in red... Hope this helps!
