I'm sure I am not the only one with this issue but I would love just to pull up my case and see it even if there is nothing happening with it...at least I would know for sure it is in the system...I have called and gotten to a 2nd tier rep and they confirmed everything and said that the case is being processed and everything looks fine but its a glitch in the site...but still...just a small taste please... :(

Well if it's a glitch in the site you wont see anything until the problem is fixed I guess. Look on the bright side! You can always call, use your receipt number, and get your status that way. When I was that stage I kinda preferred to get an actual person because they may disclose exactly what is going on with my case versus " Case is being processed" or some vague statement the site might dispense.

Summer 2007: Hubby and I met.

January 2008: Engaged.

May 22,2008: Hubby and I got married!

January 2010: Our son was born.

May 2010: Interview at US Embassy in Barbados. Visa Denied! Eligible for I-601 waiver. Couldn't get a joint sponsor so we had to wait until 2011 when my income tax return documents would reflect my full income.

Feb22,2011: Embassy Received Tax Docs and New AOS!

Feb28,2011: I-601Waiver App Package sent to USCIS Santo Domingo via airmail.

Mar28,2011: USCIS Santo Domingo received Waiver Package.

Jun13,2011: Waiver Approved!

June24,2011:Embassy requested that medical police cert and other docs be updated and sent to schedule final interview for visa! *crosses fingers*

FINAL INTERVIEW SET FOR SEPT. 1ST @ 7:30AM

Hope and Pray!

Don't worry, quite a lot never seem to make it onto the system. Ours didnt until my husbands senators office called USCIS. Even then, they put it on but the status has still to this day never changed! As long as you have a case number and can phone you can check what's happening and be reassured. Best wishes.
