Help-Fingerprints in Pakistan? For UAE Police Certificate

Hello! I need some help!

My wife is in Karachi, Pakistan and she needs to get certified fingerprints to send to Dubai to get a police certificate as she had lived there for 1 year.

Anyone know where she can go to do this? How long does it take? Has anyone had experience getting them attested at UAE embassy in KHI?

Police Records

Available, only if applicant is physically present in the UAE.

Police certificates may be obtained by any person, regardless of nationality, by personally appearing at the Central Police Headquarters located in the emirate of residence or former residence. When appearing to request a police certificate, the applicant should provide recent photographs, a letter from the requesting authority, the date of residence in the emirate, and their passport.

Not available by mail. Post recommends that consular officers waive the general requirement to obtain police certificates unless the applicant lives in the UAE.

Forget about them, NVC and consulate knows you cannot get them unless you are living in the UAE. Knowing this in advance before leaving the UAE some apply for the cert prior to leaving the UAE.

Thank you very much YuAndDan! My stupid lawyer was the one telling me to get the Dubai PCC. And she didnt tell me until last week, after we were speeding along at the NVC. You are a big life saver and this may save a good 2weeks in my processing time. Thanks once again!
