i-129f question 11. I'm stuck!

I was a petitioner on a spousal visa in 1995, we broke up after a year or so & I lost contact with her. I have no idea the outcome of that petition.

What information should I specifically request on the g-639 form, so that I can get, "place & date of filing, A# and Result"?

Any suggestions would be so appreciated!

Did you with draw the petition?

As for result, there should be no way for previous petition to result in a visa unless you provided an affidavit of support, the petition probably died at NVC.

A# NONE, Result "Unknown" I would attach a note as to what happened with prior petition, should detail exactly what happened with prior relationship.

Did not withdraw petition, think she did receive an alien number, know she still lives in the states.

From your post you give the impression that no visa resulted.

Please detail exactly what happened did your ex get a visa through you or not? Did you file an I-864 to sponsor or not.

Lets have a timeline of the prior case.

If your ex is in the USA due to someone else then not your problem.

Have no idea what I filed, I used the services of a good lawyer.I know she re-married & am almost sure is living here legally.

Do you suggest I file a G-639 to find out what resulted prior to submitting my i-129? If so, what should I request?

BTW I met her here in the states, she was here on a work visa...
