I'm a september filler, on my hardcopy of NOA1 it is written 21st sept and when I check my case statue on the USCIS website it says 23rd sept.

Which one is my NOA1 date?

Also CSC is approving plenty of petitions around the 28sept (Igor's list), but the VJ graph processing time says csc is processing 22sept cases. Why are those two dates different? How does it works.

Also, am I right to start stressing about RFE since I didn't get any news yet. :(

NO do not stress about an RFE unless you get one! This process is stressful enough! Some people are taking more than 5 months to process. I was over 6. Your NOA1 hard copy has two date. A Receipt Date and the Notice Date....go with the receipt date. Good Luck!
