I already received the NVC notice informing that my fiancée should be receiving her package #3 from the Hong Kong Consulate in two or three weeks and I would like to know what forms her underage daughter has to complete. She already has a passport and will be joining us in about one year since she is at present in college. Does her daughter has to be

present at the interview and how does she gets her K-2 Visa. Please help.

when she is ready to apply for her visa... she fills out the same set of forms that her mother will do for the K-1 that are in P3. She will attend an interview at that time. The K-2 MUST be issued within one year of the K-1
