The I-134 and two proofs of her income.

Oh and concerning the NHS nurse-- You will not get a greencard without having another MMR. You have to go by US immunization rules that can differ from the UK.

Thanks everyone you have all been very helpful much appreciated, i did speak to my GP nurse and she stated that i only need MMR once in my life and i had this in 1994 but i thought it only last 10 years.

on another note is there anything i can do in the mean time whilst waiting for my NOA2?

i have ordered police certs and have all my vaccinations how about the I134 can this be done now in advance as i will need 2 because my fiancee doesnt earn enough.

Do i need to take the NOA2 letter that she receives ? i just wanna speed things up as i have a wedding date set for AUG 5TH and dont wanna delay this procedure any longer than necessary.

cheers

You don't even have a timeline so I don't really know how far off from NOA2 you are. The information should be "recent" however you want to interpret that. Estimate your interview will be two months after your NOA2. And I've written a lot of information in that K1 London guide if you would read it. There's a whole page on the I-134.

Ok, good for you on the timeline. London likes a tax return. People not familiar with taxes don't understand the term COMPLETE tax return and you are still a little confused. Give her the link and let her read what a complete tax return is. IRS 1040 is the form you do your taxes on---name, address, any kids you support, income, any interest paid by banks, any stock dividends, basically all the money that comes your way during a calendar year. Page 2 has you figure what your tax is. Then you fill in what was held out of you paycheck toward those taxes. If you didn't have enough held out of paychecks, then you owe the IRS and write a check to them. If you had more held out than your tax figures out to be, then you get a refund and they send you money back. That is a 1040 tax form. This year it must be filed by April 18 for calendar year 2010 taxes.

A W-2 is a form that comes from your employer toward the end of January 2011. It is a summary of what they paid you in calendar year 2010. It also tells the total they withheld from your checks toward taxes. You use that information to fill in the Form 1040 tax return. That's how you know what to put down for income and how much you've already paid in (held out of your checks.). 1040 and W2 are not the same thing.

When you mail in a 1040, you have to staple the W2 to the front. Most people e-file and don't mail in a paper 1040 or W2 anymore, but you should always get a paper printout for your records that would be an exact copy of how it would be if you were mailing the paper copy.

Your fiance and her co-sponsors should do their 2010 tax returns so you can take that for the interview. They don't have to do them before April 18, but they should have everything they need already to do them if they haven't bothered yet. Then you will have the 2010 return to take to your interview which may be in mid May. That will be after April 18 (2010 tax due date) so 2010 would be the most recent tax return.

So you need the tax return (1040) printout AND a photocopy of the W2 together for it to count as one piece of proof. They should sign and date that 1040 tax return printout at the bottom of page 2 just like they would if they were mailing it to the IRS rather than e-filing. Then to ice the deal get one more proof of income like the 3 most recent months pay stubs or another choice that I mentioned on that page.

London isn't going to be that bothered by you fiance's proofs of income if she is providing a joint sponsor. She doesn't really need to provide pay stubs because she doesn't make enough anyway. They will focus on the joint sponsors income.

You do get MMR boosters usually at 10 year mark. Some may not need it if their body keeps a good hold from the first injection, if you are unsure about getting one ( its safer to know you have it if your going to have a baby )you can have a titre test done by your doctor to check the MMR immunity levels in your body, if they are still high then you shouldn't need a booster really.

I still suggest checking you HEP B vaccine.

According to the published list, Hep B is not required by applicants 19 years and older to get a green card (AOS once in the US and married). The CDC does recommend it as a good thing for adults in certain high risk situations.

10. Hepatitis B vaccination

Vaccinate persons with any of the following indications and any person seeking protection from hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.

Behavioral: Sexually active persons who are not in a long-term, mutually monogamous relationship (e.g., persons with more than one sex partner during the previous 6 months); persons seeking evaluation or treatment for a sexually transmitted disease (STD); current or recent injection-drug users; and men who have sex with men.

Occupational: Health-care personnel and public-safety workers who are exposed to blood or other potentially infectious body fluids.

Medical: Persons with end-stage renal disease, including patients receiving hemodialysis; persons with HIV infection; and persons with chronic liver disease.

Other: Household contacts and sex partners of persons with chronic HBV infection; clients and staff members of institutions for persons with developmental disabilities; and international travelers to countries with high or intermediate prevalence of chronic HBV infection (a list of countries is available at
).

Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for all adults in the following settings: STD treatment facilities; HIV testing and treatment facilities; facilities providing drug-abuse treatment and prevention services; health-care settings targeting services to injection-drug users or men who have sex with men; correctional facilities; end-stage renal disease programs and facilities for chronic hemodialysis patients; and institutions and nonresidential day-care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities.
