Form OF-169 Chinese or English or Both

I downloaded Form OF-169 for k-1 and noticed 2 sections in it: English and Chinese.

Do we fill out both sections or can we choose to use the English section alone?

Thanks for replying so quickly It wasn't a matter of time, I just want to make sure to do what the consulate wants us to do. It doesn't say anywhere in the instructions to do either one or both.

Now that the Interview is over, the next step. I will be having my Fiancee fly into Seattle Wa as her POE.When I went to China, I got my tickets on CHeaptickets.com. Does anyone know a better plce to get the tickets, or are thy as good as anyone else. Also in 1994 when I did this, Immigration required on a K1 visa that you buy them a round trip ticket. Is that still the case, or can we get away with a one way ticket? Cost difference is only a couple hundred dollars, but I am an accountant, and a couple hundred is a couple of hundred dollars.The Tickets I am seeing on Cheaptickets .com have her flying from Guangzhou to Hong Kong to Japan to Seattle.I would prefer Seattle as POE instead of San Franscico, then I could meet her as she comes out of customs and help her with her bags. Comments?

You can submit either, the point of the form is the consulate does not want you to show up for the interview and say you were never informed you needed a specific document. If I remember right, the form is printed as connected pages so there is no easy way to separate the English from the Chinese so you would normally return both parts anyway which is why many (including us) just fill out both.
