Address question

I have a question regarding my physical address. I live out in the country and all I have for an address is a box number. We have no street numbers. When we filed for the K-1 I put in the legal land description of the place I rent. Is this going to cause any problems and what should I do for the rest of the forms in the future? (I am a Canadian marrying a USC) thanks in advance for any ideas!

You mean you have a P.O box? Is it stated anywhere in the forms that P.O boxes are not acceptable? If not, I don't see a problem, but somebody probably wants to chip in on this...

It does say not to use a PO Box on the I-129F instructions. I did not see it anywhere else on the forms. So when I filled mine out I put my PO Box then my civic address after or under it. I also talked to the post office to let them know how I did it and they were going to watch for any mail coming. It was no problem, I got all mine in my PO Box.

If its anything like mine when I lived in Canada, its not considered a PO box is it a RR# box#. I had no problems getting anything from Montreal at all with mine.

Thanks for the input. I do have a PO box that is in town. We have not been assigned a 911 address as our county hasn't done this yet. I didn't know if they needed a physical address or not. All I can give them is the legal land description. Guess I will wait and see once we get our NOA2 if there is a problem.
