hello, new here.

We applied in December, they received our package on December 31st. on the Site it says that it is 'Under Review'

My first question is, up to how long can we expect to get the EAD? and my second question is that Does the entire family get EAD or only the main applicant?

It's a family based petition, filed by dad's brother (my uncle) who is a U.S citizen.

It's a family based petition, filed by dad's brother (my uncle) who is a U.S citizen.

Under review it can take up to 6 months.. yes its that long... especially for Middle East/Far East Asia..

Read my timeline. I applied 5-10-08 for AOS adjustment and got letter for interview on 11-28-08 , thats just over 6 months, with 1 and a half months go to...

The EAD is only for the person who applied. If the entire family applied then each get an EAD. The EAD is actually a card with a name of the person, I dont remember if there is a picture on it...
