Should I e-mail the consulate again?

On the 27th of January we sent off the info required for packet 3, we're an hour and a half from Dublin so it takes no more than 2 days for mail to reach them. It's now been 20 days and we still have not received packet 4 and/or an interview date from them (though we were able to confirm that they had received our forms). I have already had to e-mail them once since both myself and my fiance are in Ireland, and I couldn't get in contact with NVC to find out if our case had reached Dublin.

So my question is, should I e-mail them again asking about when we can expect to get an interview date? I don't want to be a pest but we have everything in order for the interview and are more than ready to proceed as soon as possible.

Thanks for your reply.

Would the DOS info be as up to date as contacting the consulate directly? I just assumed emailing the consulate would be the quickest route, my only concern was them getting annoyed with us and putting our further behind (perhaps this is crazy talk).
