Timeline

hi everyone i am an F1 visa , i want to file my AOS and i have some questions

1.about the I765 do i need to file any documents with it ?

2. about the I131 do i have to file it even if am not planning to travel ?

3. about the evidence that i need to file with the I130 do i need to file our photos or wait till the interview?

1) Typically a photo copy of I-94, and a passport photo.

2) Why not, keep in mind your F-1 WILL NOT protect AOS process, you need AP to travel. However, If you have any period of out of status time totaling more than 6 months then don't travel and don't bother with AP, the doc wont prevent a bar being placed on entry.

3) Yes some photos showing doing things together is good.

even that i am filing the I 765 with the package i meed to send an other copy of the i 94 and a photo of me or my passport? sorry for giving you hard time . i am really confused cause i am not familiar with these stuff.

Yes, pretend you are sending this by itself, it needs a copy of I-94 and passport photo attached.

You them place this in the same envelope and send it along with the rest of the stuff.

Do the same with I-130, I-131, and I-485.. Treat each as if by self, look at the application or petition and think what it needed and use a paper clip to attach it's evidence to the form.

I-130 (G-352A petitioner, beneficiary, passport pics...)

I-485 (G325A from applicant, copy of I-94, I-864....)

I-131

I-765 (Copy of I-94, passport photo...)
