To get a Good Background of my case here is the story

2008 Meet Online

Summer 2008 Fly to COlombia

NOV 2008 Fly Back To Colombia

MARCH 2009 Our Son was Born

summer 2009 fly back to colombia Recognize our Kid under Colombian LAw

Summer 2010 Fly Back To Colombia For Weading and To Notify US embassy on the birth of a US citinzen a Broad ( Consul Office in Barranquilla Colombia)

Aug 2010 Weading was attended by my Family the flew to Colombia for the Ceremony

Sept 2010 Son Get Approve US Citizeship an new SS# Send to Me in the US.

Oct 1 2010 Info apoitment in USIS Newark NJ local Office with I-130 For my wife and her baby Girl

Oct 2 2010 Send to Lock Box in Chicago

2 weeks get form I-797 with Case Numbers and formal Date of OCt 18 2010.

look at bank account CHecks cashed

Documents send with applications

1) 2 I-130 forms

2) 2 checks

3) Passport Fotos 2 from my wife , 2 for her baby girl , 2 from our Son and 2 from me

4) Biografic hystorical family info Form ( Dont remember the number)

5) 3 years transcrips of my taxes from the IRS

6) 3 Years of actual Copies of myy taxes

7) 1 year of work Pay stubs

8) Copy of company HR employee profile ( SHowing 13 plus years of employeement)

9) Photo Pics of our weading w, her family and myy family

10)Copy of her cedula or colombian ID card

11) Copy of her Colombian passport

12) Copy of my passaport Cetify w. all the entries to COlombian Country

13) Copy on my healt insurance card

14) Copy of my bank Statement

15) Certify Copies of our marrige certificate and transalation certify copies Also

16) Certify Copies of our son Birth certificate and certify transalation

17) Certify copy of my drivers license

18) Certify Copies of my Mother and father Passaports and drivers licences ( Passaports shows entry to COlombia for weading)

19) Letters from my parents Certifying Truth of our relationship.

20) Copy of our Son US Passaport and SS# I use a Sharpy for the copy of his SS Card.

21) Copy of the povrety Standar Highlight in wish it shows that i almos triple the Poverty std for a family of 5

22) Copy of my Divorce Certificate of previus marrige certify.

23) Certify Copy of my birth Certificate

Didnt send the Affidavit of support becaus they told me on the Newark Office that they will request dont send.

Im sure im missing some other Info also that i Send them.

Questions.

1)After paying the 800 dollar plus do I still need to Pay any other Fee .

Note: After all that Info they still on the Riview Process IS been almost 4 months . The wait is Killing me . I see my Son calling true the messanger dady dady and not ben able to hold him is crazy.

My job is really demanding i cant be flying to COlombia every few months with out runing into issues at work .

ANY HELP THIS SI INSANE the california center say 5 months . Cant they see there is a US citinzen asking for his wife and another US citizen waitting to come Home?

It was a Good Call to do all the documents myself

Due to the nature of my case that will be another 876 dollars because my is everything X 2 .

Thanks for your help

Hopefully they will move i really miss my Family
