Yes she can just take the NOA2 and manila case number. (that is what my wife used and had no issues along with many other members here) That will allow your fiancee to do the medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension. If they question her, just have them tell them she is doing an advanced medical. The actual appointment letter probably wont come until like 2 days before they say the medical is "scheduled" and a week or so before the actual interview. (that is what happened with our interview appointment letter)

All the other requirements are above.

Also you might want to have your fiancee read the walkthrough here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221658-st-lukes-medical-exam-walkthrough/

Thanks for the info. I'll be letting her know that when I call tomorrow. She should recieve the papers I sent on tuesday and then shes planning on going wed to do the medical, so any information is good to have. I had her read thru the medical walkthru just this morning, it's a link everyone needs to read. Thanks for your help.

what did you send? the NOA2? you could have just scanned and e-mailed it.

Anyway, the earlier to do the medical, the better. It is more for piece of mind for most to know that St. Lukes didnt see a "spot" in the x-ray. once the medical is done, the rest is easy.

Can you tell me if they will take my fiancees passport after the medical and send it to the embassy for her interview or will she keep her passport after the medical and bring it to the interview herself? Im confused cause i hear two different answers..and dont want to give up passport if i dont have too...afraid it may get lost in transit...Thanks

St. Luke's will not keep your fiancee's passport, it was the old protocol for SLMCEC to keep the passport and forward it to the USEM.

And Passport photos are cheap so why not take extra to be safe...

Better be safe then told to come back the next day..... Or next week or next month...

There were some things that I loved in the Philippines. For one is the passport stamps... I got a booklet of passport photos for 2 dollars. I couldn't get passport photos done here at wal-mart, sears, belks, wal greens for that much if my life depended on it. I think i paid around 14 dollars for 2.
