DS 3032 - Fedex or Post Office to NVC?

Hi All

My wife and daughter are ready to send out their DS-3032 to NVC and I was wondering if they should send it using FEDEX or the local Post Office in the Philippines? Does anybody know if NVC accepts mail from FEDEX? If they do send it through FEDEX can they send both their forms in one fedex shipment?

Thank you and Good Luck to everybody.

The best is to email the NVC: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

I received a response after sending 2 emails about a week apart. Not sure if the response was to the first or second one. It is also important to call the NVC and give them both your's and your wife's email addresses. Just to be sure, I also sent the paper DS 3032 form signed by my wife. She sent it to me FEDEX, and I sent it by USPS overnight mail to the NVC. I am sure NVC would also accept FEDEX from other countries. My wife had to send other documents to me, so that is why we did it this way (it cost a bit of money to send FEDEX from Moldova to the US).

Thank you guys for your feedback.

@Rob11715 - Can I also include my daughter's DS-3032 form together with my wife's form when sending(fedex) it to NVC? My wife is not appointing anybody as agent and my daughter is appointing my wife as her agent.

I think these are two separate cases, better not to confuse them, but that's only my opinion.

If they are two separate cases (you have 2 case numbers) I would put each DS-3032 in a separate envelope with the case number and beneficiary's name on the outside. Then place it in the FEDEX envelope. I can't imagine this would be a problem. Then you only have to pay once and have only one envelope to track.

No need to paper mail it unless you feel like spending the extra cash for it. Just have your wife send it from her e-mail like discribed in the wiki link above. My wife sent it only electronically and we had no issues. You may or may not get a reply from the NVC (we didnt receive anything back from the NVC). Just make sure the NVC has your e-mail addresses.
