children under K3 to CR-1, what is the next process?

We received a letter saying NVC concurrently received an approved 129F (K3) and an approved 130( CR-1).As per the letter the law requires process of CR/IR than the K3.I have included 4 children under my K visa petition. If the CR visa will proceed what is the right process starting from the receipt of this letter so that I can bring with me my children when i go to the US? Please help. thanks

we had same status, u have to file another I-130 for your children, and request to expedited it...

Just to clarify:

You will need to file an I-130 Petition for each of the children.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US
