I'm a K-1 applying for AOS. Can someone please guide me in answering the following questions?

1. Which USCIS office? dates?

Results (Granted or Denied - attach all documentation)

(or is that not for me to fill out?)

16. Do I put (a) (6) for the eligibility category?

1 "NONE" That has to do with renewing an EAD

16 ALWAYS (C )(9 ) based on pending I-485.

(a )(6 ) is the stupid 90 day EAD that EXPIRES when your I-94 card expires, tends to expire BEFORE USCIS can approve and issue the EAD, also costs $340, and the form is filed before filing I-485.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

what yuanddan said above is what we submitted on my papers about 2 months ago, and so far, so good! if you have married, don't do A6, esp if you are filing concurrently with I-485 and I-131.
