Kinda an oddball question...but does anyone know the details of the medical examination for immunizations? I wanted to know if they actually test for immunizations or do you only have to show documentation of those that are required. So, if you have the documentation, you are not scammed into having to receive more shots. Did not want to have to deal with shots in the States and had questions about missing immunization records. I understand a personal physician can administer these prior to the CS exam. I just want to know if anyone had experience with this. I am not suggesting having fake immunization records from a personal physician, but how worthy are their documents to the exam and AOS in the US. Thanks

For your medical for K1 visa you can have a serology test done from your local doc to see what immunizations you have had, and need. I had to do that as I did not have my immunization record from childhood. I took that to the medical exam requested by USCIS and he added that to my packet to bring here to the US. At the medical I had to have blood test done for HIV and Syphilis and TB Xray. I am 53 now so some of the vacc were not age appropriate.

Then when you do AOS you should have a vaccination worksheet 3025 or 2053(from medical) different for each country I think, and you send that in with AOS if it says complete at the bottom if not then you get it transferred over to a I-693 by a CS here for a minimal fee they only have to fill in the vaccination part. You get that back in a sealed envelope and send it in with AOS.
