Approved NAO2 What happens now

Hope someone can help us in describing the steps that are needed once we recieve NAO2. We will be filing our visa at the embassy in Manila. I haven't recieved the letter yet just the email confirmation.

congrats..the procedure is, wait 3-5 business day after your NOA2, call the NVC, get your MNL case number, pay the visa fee at BPI, then start calling to schedule your interview, once you have done this, they will send you an email with your interview appointment verification (now u can do online appointment), then go for your Medical.
