Fraud case

I know a person who is trying to get his student visa to come over here then have his friend help him to stay here by marriage way. What can I do to report this? THanks

In the case of a student visa, there may or may not be fraud involved.

If getting a F-1, and then immediately attending college, and remaining in college, and perhaps marry while attending school, this tends to not be a fraud case, the visitor IS doing what they intended to do, going to school.

However, if the student visa holder enters the USA and does not attend school, or drops out very shortly after arriving, THEN this can look like visa fraud.

As far as I know him and his bf wanted to get married to their helpers right away after they got here....Im going to contact the embassy there and report about the case before they even get their visa to come over....It is a really fraud case.
