touches after NOA2

My fiance received the NOA2 in the mail Monday 28th after our approval on the 22nd. (and a touch on the 24th) The letter states that the case has been forwarded to New Hampshire..etc etc.

USCIS website gave us a touch on the 29th.( no message change) Is it more likely that this touch is in reference to them actually sending it out FOR REAL??? Or *perhaps* do they update on confirmation of a petition being received at NVC.??

i recieved a touch the day after the noa2 as well...think it has to do with them either getting ready to mail it or them actually mailing it....good luck lisaf...all the best

thanks Billsgirl , but the touch yesterday is 7 days later than the notice... A week gone by before being sent out?

Yep, lots of chat about it in the NVC forum....it seems to have a bit of a backlog now...

Don't worry about the touch. I had my greencard approved in June (I know, you are still waiting on your K1 but the case is similar) and may last touch was on August 18th. I guess all they do is review your case and probably store it somewhere. No reason to worry.
