yea i m not canadian citizen.i am on a study permit..i m originally from bangladesh..well may be thats why i m in AP...but i have seen in this forum even canadian get AP too..

Yes but you have to be specific when you post. Being from another country and getting AP in Canada is not the same thing as being Canadian from Canada and getting AP.

It is hard to help when you do not give the whole story, and it confuses people too.

People from India get a Required Mandatory AP process. Regardless of interviewing in another country.
