We got our NOA 2 on Jan 3rd 2011. We still have not received Package 3. Who does it get sent to and when? We have a lawyer working on our case as well.

I'm starting to get worried...

(My fiance is in the US and is petitioning for me to move there)

Packet 3 is sent to the Canadian in Canada from the US Embassy either Vancouver or Montreal, you don't say which you will be interviewing at.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It would be Montreal. Does that have something to do with the wait?

I have tried to contact the NVC about my case and to get a case number. I can never get through! the line is always busy.

Yea Montreal is a lot slower than Vancouver.

Keep trying to call NVC and when you get through ask for your MTL case number and if/when its been sent to Montreal. It should have been sent by now.

Call this number below and make sure you have your case number. They can tell you if the embassy sent out packet 3. They did it for me.
