It's called patients! They are wrecking their brains like we were in Feb & Mar. Now we have the patience they will have in May & June, while we get warm and fuzzy all over again once we start being touched and the NOA2's start rolling in! But, DO NOT WORRY, we are still here!!!good.gif

I just noticed on your timeline that your NOA1 date is 02/09/2011 but your timeline shows as below?

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 29, 2011 and May 22, 2011*.

Is it because your file is at TSC vs mine at CSC? my NOA1 is 2011-01-20 but i see the below timeline? confused now.

At first I had no clue what you were talking about. After a little searching, I found my timeline, and let me assure you, it was not right. It was something I'd started and never completed. So, those dates were wrong, unfortunately!! I updated the timeline and the info changed. It now states: Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between June 23, 2011 and July 2, 2011*.

I cannot access the NVC payment portal website using the NVC case number and IIN number, should the DS 3032 be sent before you can access it or it will take some time to show up in the NVC payment portal?

For the DS-3032 all you have to do is have the beneficiary email the NVC and state who they want as the point of contact. I believe the email address is nvcinquiries@state.gov. They get the email almost immediately, and then they will add the IV payment onto payment the website. After you pay that, they will add the AOS payment onto the payment website. That only takes a total of 2-3 days. After that, you are set to send both your IV packet and AOS packet. Don't forget to print out the cover pages once the payment website has updated to paid.

Oh, also, it might be a good idea to call NVC and give them both the petitioner's and benficiary's email address.
