Hi people!

I wonder if there is a time limit for submission of the forms after I filled out. For exemplo: I filled out my form in january 10th, my fiance is still trying to get all the papers together to apply this week on friday. Is that a problem because of the date that I filled out? We are applying for K 1 visa.

Thanks.

Are you talking about the date of your signed letter of intent? If your fiance is actively working on the petition materials and plans to mail the packet soon, then I do not think that a month difference between your signed statement and the petition submission will be something to worry about.

No it's not an issue if it was 6 months maybe but no not just a month or a few weeks. They know it takes time to get the info together.
