Hi Guys,

Need your help..

I changed my address online & printed out the AR-11 form with confirmation no. As well as I changed my address online with USCIS.

Today I received my welcome letter with old address. Then I called USCIS & the person told me that changing address online doesnot help. You need to send the form AR-11 to USCIS to update your address.

Guys can you pls help me out? I am confused here...

The petitioner and the green card holder both must file change of address. If you have a current case then you also need to call and update your address by phone. It is in the instructions on the USCIS website.
