hi friends....

my husband has just got the pcc from passport office on which spouce name is not mentioned ( it is written null) , spouce name is also not mentioned on his passport as his passport was made before our marriage ...... will it cause any problem or not ? please tell me wt shud i do....

It would be helpful if you give more information. Your profile says you are filing for FB1, this IR1/CR1 forum. Some issues are country specific so you mentioning the specific country involved would be helpful too.

Filing based on 3yrs/USC Spouse. 3 year residency anniversary is in August 2014. Filed immediately after the 90-day early filing mark (May 2014)


05/06/2014 - Mailed N-400

05/15/2014 - Check cashed

05/12/2014 - NOA Date

06/11/2014 - Biometrics Appointment

09/15/2014 - Inline for interview scheduling (was stuck in "Initial Review" for over 3 months!)

10/27/2014 - Scheduled for interview

12/01/2014 - Interview

12/19/2014 - I AM A US CITIZEN!

I would appreciate if you can tell me the detiled procedure of getting Passport PCC as per your experience. As I will be getting my NOA2, may be in Feb end, I am planning to apply the same once I get my NOA2. Here are few questions

What is the procedure to get passport PCC?

How many days the PCC gets issued? Does they issue on same day?

What are the doucment needed?

Please share your experience. Thank you

11/02/2010: NOA1 hard copy received by mail
03/15/2011: I-130 Approved
03/23/2011: NOA2 received by mail
NVC
03/30/2011: NVC Case Number assigned
03/31/2011: Given both email ids, Emailed Choice of Agent to NVC. IIN and AOS bill generated
04/01/2011: DS-3032 email accepted by NVC, IV Bill generated.Paid AOS Bill, Paid IV Bill, Status In Process
04/04/2011: AOS Bill, Status PAID
04/05/2011: IV Bill, Status PAID
04/12/2011: AOS Packet Sent. Delevered on 04/14/2011
07/25/2011: Case Completed by NVC
08/01/2011: Interview Date assigned
09/22/2011: Paid Courier fees at VFS office, Medical Exam
09/23/2011: Medical Exam report collected in a sealed enveloped.
09/29/2011: Interview Approved
10/01/2011: Visa Received
10/23/2011: POE at IAD Stamped with CR1
11/07/2011: Received Welcome Letter
11/15/2011: GC Reached via mail (20 days after POE)
11/23/2011: SSN Reached via mail(Applied in person at Local SS office on 11/17/2011)

07/25/2013: ROC window opened

07/30/2013: I-751 package mailed via USPS Certified mail

08/06/2013: Check cashed

08/08/2013: NOA1 showing 1 year extension letter

09/03/2013: Biometric Appointment

11/25/2013: ROC Approved and Production of new card ordered

N-400

08/05/2014: N-400 package mailed via USPS mail

08/13/2014: Check cashed

08/18/2014: NOA letter

09/15/2014: Biometric & Fingerprints
