What did you said exactly?

No joke, honest, I have a SR number and everything

I just went through the usual way:

press 1 for English

press 1 for immigration information

press 1 for case status

press 1 for 'if you know your receipt number'

enter case number and listen to status

press 3 to report problem and connect to human

Then go through the blurb with the agent, case number (again), listen to status (again).

When they ask you if you've called about this problem before, say "Yes, I was told to call back in a few weeks which is what I'm doing now".

Then say the problem is that your case is a month over processing timeframe and you'd like to place a service request (ask for it by name).

The agent should read a script about how they are going to help you check whether you're really outside of timeframe (ha!) and then they should put the SR in for you (lots of data collection, name, address, phone, email). Make sure you write down the SR confirmation number.

received the green card in the mail today...finally im over the process of removing conditions...good luck to everyone who is waiting...and see you guys next year for citizenship..

ps: couldnt believe the card is actually green as well...

No, I have given up on calling since I got that rude woman, that said the one year extention was basically how long long it could take to get a response from USCIS.

I said I was just going to wait.
