Doing a walk in biometrics appointment

Moving to citizenship forum.

Sorry to ask .. but i reveiwed your time line... When my Biometrics come around ... how do i do a walk in in stead out the date they will provide..? Can i go this in another city? or same city just different date/walk in...?

Dec 30 2010 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)
May 12 2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)
May 23 2011 - NVC case # Assigned
Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received
Nov 18 2011 - Sent COA
Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee

Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

No...the date they give you is just that...unless you can beg them for a early bio appointment

I did an early biometrics, actually the same day I got my letter in the mail. Went to the same office and asked if I could and the receptionist said sure. I didn't even have to give an explanation. I also did it early twice, one for removal if conditions and the other for citizenship.

My friends did the same Ricardo - they walked in with the letter, told the place they were in the area and thought they would see if they could get it done - No issues.

<br><br>yes thanks again.. i did the biometrics yesterday - walked in - no issues. The original  date was 2/28/2011
