Medical at US Embassy in Moscow

Is there a way to schedule the medical and face to face interviews for a K-1 the same day at the US Embassy in Moscow? My fiancee will be travelling from Omsk to Moscow for the interviews and it would be easier logistically if we could schedule it all the same day.

Never mind, found this: http://moscow.usembassy.gov/physicians.html the site also says the medical takes 2 days to complete, grr.

Re-read the section in the middle of the page regarding IOM ---- if you schedule your appointment for the morning, you can receive the results the same day.

It can't all be done in ONE day but it IS possible (depemding on flight/train schedules) to arrive very early in the morning, go to the medical, receive results that afternoon, go to interview the next morning, and then leave Moscow late afternoon or early evening.
