Ok, so I understand the fact that there is a backlog in the Dallas office. But I would like to know who has recently completed thier biometrics at the dallas office rencently. How long did it take?

For some reason, I believe something is going wrong with my case. A little about my case:

Received NOA 1 Nov.30th, which stated I should receive a biometrics leter within 30 days.... I am still waiting.

furthermore the last touch on much Application for Work and I-130 were on december 4th (I-485 was Jan 14th), does this not sound odd?

Of course I am very frustrated because I cannot work as bills stack up.

Is there anything I can do?

I did call USCIS, who did say they would get back to me in 30 days.

You could make an InfoPass appointment to see what was going on. The Immigration officers there have more direct access to your application.

When I went there with a problem with my application, the Officer was able to look up all my information right there in front of him and find out exactly what the problem was and he fixed it right there and there.
