Hello everyone!

I arrived on a k1 visa from Canada on Dec3/2010. Married Dec18th and now beginning the aos process. Question/issue is:I never rec'd a ds-3025 to have transcribed on the I-693 from a civil surgeon, however I do have the rec' for the shots I rec'd in Canada at my medical...Can it be done this way? Or do i take a chance and hope that my medical found its way to my file here?

Help pleaseeeeeeee

tx! :-)

Just had interview on Thursday and was very worried about the vaccination records not being transferred on to the I-693. Alhtough with my application I had submitted a copy of the vaccination report received from the medical done in Canada. Also, if your medical was done within the last year you do not have to get another one. I had found this information (somewhere, right now I can not put my finger on it). They did not ask me for it at the interview.
