Hey everyone! I'm not sure if these questions have been answered before, please forgive me I'm a newbie here.

My fiance and I are currently working on our documents for the visa application (K1). I'm about to print my G325A and my letter of intent and I also made him a copy of a cover letter, by the way I'm in Manila right now. I was just wondering if we should use the same dates in the forms (I-129F, G-325A) and the letters (letter of intent and cover letter)?

Second question is, is the Service Center the same as the Lockbock Facility? My fiance lives in Cali, but the Lockbox Facility in the form that we downloaded from the USCIS website is in Dallas, Texas and for the express mail, it's in Lewisville, TX. Where should I address the letter of intent & cover letter?

Thank you so much for any answer/help you will extend.

Blessings!

Lj :)

The service centers for k1 is the california service center and vermont service center. but you first send the application to a lockbox and then it is transferred to the right place. correct me if im wrong..

at the time we applied we just sent it directly to vsc, but at some point last year they suddenly changed it, i wonder why? they also lowered the fees.

Goodluck! I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will reply soon :)

All K1 applications (129f) are sent to Dallas now. This is to make it easier that one office receives this type of application then distributes them to the applicable service center.

Check out USCIS instruction form if normal mail send to PO Box Dallas TX if express mail send to Lewisville TX address. It is all there for you on the instructions.

Divorced !st November 2012.
