Ok so I am trying to expedite an I-131 (Advanced Parole). I talked to my Senator's Immigration Liaison and along with her talking to the California Service Center, she recommended I make an InfoPass Appointment. Basically trying to hit it from both sides, since we need it in like 2 weeks.

So I am on the InfoPass site and it says they give appointments for 4 reasons and I have to pick the right one. But our request doesn't fit into any of these really.

The choices are:

-Order from Immigration Judge

-Case processing Report (received a letter to appear)

-EAD issues past 90 days

-Case Services Follow-up (but it says that it has to be over 45 days since I contacted the NSC

So I am just not sure which one to pick. Any help would be great!

I would select Case Services Follow-up (but it says that it has to be over 45 days since I contacted the NSC). I had been in constant contact via phone with USCIS, however needed an appmt on a couple of occassions, so you have to pick the closest thing to your need. You can ask anything once inside in front of an officer. If asked why you selected, just say you were not sure of the options which fit you best!
