I need some help filed for AOS in November17 but papers got returned for incorrect fee sent it back on Dec.12 got NOA3 dated Dec.16 :whistle: . My question is i just heard from USCIS today and they sent me two RFEs one for medical which was expected but another one for my wife most recent tax return and i had wrote them with evidence that my wife only work part-time and making approx.3500 per year and her mom filed for her a dependent because she is a full-time student and lived with her at the time. i sent pay stub, W2s and a explanation and now they are asking for most recent tax return and or proof that she was not required to file a tax return wat to do help plz :help::( >>>>>> still haven't had or heard anything about biometric yet either :crying:

You might get more answers if you posted this in the proper place, your not adjusting from a family based visa.
