sent the I-129F on August 21st to the vermont service center. Just to let those of you know i had to assemble all of the paperwork and mail the paperwork from Brasil. I am an american but i am currently living in Brasil. It went smoothly so far but it was difficult because i had to have iniformation sent to me from the states which slowed the process. Anyone who has applied or is applying from Brasil, and has some useful experiences or information to offer feel free. I am a little concerned because i was not able to use an american service provider such as UPS or FEDEX. But i had no choice but to use the local mailing system down here. Say a prayer that our information goes where it needs to be. Boa sorte to those who are in the process of the K-1 and i wish everyone health and happiness.

Best of luck on your journey!

Did you list your current address in Brazil as to where the NOA1 will be mailed once it is received? If so it will be a while before you get your case number. Since you are going through Vermont, who knows? You could get your approval before you even get your NOA1 in the mail!

To make it easier I used my mailing address as a current address i hold in the U.S. I am going back in Ocotber so i used this address for all information and notifications. I heard Vermont moves fast but i also heard that cases are transfered to the CSC which will take more time

Cases from Nebraska and Texas Service Centers are transfered to California (ours was, from Nebraska.) So you won't have that issue. And you have a very good chance of returning home in October with your case approved since you are going through Vermont! Good luck!

I've never had any problems... What have they inspected?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
