Hello all, I am back yet again. So I completed all my paper work for my dad who was a public interest parole thanks to the help of the members from this forum. So I sent the paper work in about 2 weeks ago and I got a bunch of I-797C Notice of actions in the mail and noticed USCIS has deposited all the fee's for the i-130 and the i-485. Just curious if any of the members here know what this means? Does this mean that my dad's paper work checked out ok or are they still going over his paper work?

The I-797C for the I-130 just states it was received and to contact them if any info is incorrect.

The I-797C for the i-485 says it was received and the next steps are for Biometrics and that they will schedule the Biometrics appointment.

The last I-797C was the one for the I-765 application it also says the biometrics are the next step and wait for another notice for an appointment. I am confused about this one because they did not take the check I issued them for the $380. It shows amount received as being $0.00. I got a rejection notice with my check returned as well. It states that The form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application or the incorrect fee was submitted. No additional action by you is required at this time.

Can anyone shed some light on what I should do next? Should I call them or just wait it out for further instructions in the mail.

Thanks again guys for all the help.

Not sure about the rejection but the rest are just notice that they got the petition. They will cash the checks and take the petition before even looking at it.

the i765 is free when you file it with the i485, you'll get the check back. the i864 is also free, the same as the G325A.

I supposed you included the i693 medical and vaccination by the civil surgeon?
