Hello VJ's,

We're having interview later for my AOS is there will be a problem if my husband did not yet change his status at his ITR? He will be change it when he file his ITR this year... thanks

You don't get to go back and change your ITR status after it is filed unless it was wrong.. If he was single when he filed it then it is what it is at that time
