just a reminder you will need to bring visa, and copy of the immigrant data page on the front of the brown envelope to the seminar. Wife has to go back Monday because of not having copy of immigrant data page. good.gif

Well, you need the visa and data page for the CFO stamp, but not to attend the seminar, you can attend the seminar in advance. That is what we have done.

Thanks again for the reminder about the data page. We are in the habit now of carrying everything (all documents) with us where ever we go, just to be sure we will have anything needed.

Especially when dealing with CFO, they have given themselves an open ticket to ask for copies of any document.

I think it just shows what a scam they are, to be able to do or ask for anything they want. It leaves it open to abuse.

If for some reason, someone there doesn't like you, they have left it open to make a person jump through hoops.

Now they are acting like junior CO's. Like they have the authority to challenge your relationship.

Can you tell, I am getting sick and tired of all this BS.

Well the wife is done with it as she got her sticker and is now through dealing with the Philippine government. She also had to fill out an additional data form looks like they want to be all up in our personal life. That form asked for data I would expect to be on a job application. From phone numbers, email addresses, occupations and etc. she is glad she is done with them now and cleared to fly out of here in 2 days.

Yep good tip for those is to just take the entire visa package with you and all your information. I will list all that was asked for my wife to receive her sticker for those that don't want to be caught short handed.

Documents

passport

photocopy of passport biographical page

visa packet

photocopy of the visa from passport

immigrant data page from yellow folder

photocopy of immigrant data page (still have to bring the original so they know it is correct)

CFO seminar certificates

photocopies of the CFO seminar certificates

the receipt when you payed for the seminar

additional CFO data form (for you to fill out that gives them more information than the immigrant data page)

All of this is if they like you.....if you piss them off you will be in for a world of hurt. headbonk.gif

You are right about that the Philippine tax hog will eat my pockets on the way out. 3 x LOL

headbonk.gifrofl.gif

(750 x 2) + 1620 PHP. If i execute right i may not need to pay the 1620 Php. Depends on if Delta included it in the airfare charge which they say they did. But will have it to feed the tax hog just in case. rofl.gif
