Is it required now to submit a I-134 with the I-129f?

What do the form instructions to the I-129F say? Does it even mention the I-134 anywhere?

No, because you don't need the I-134 with the I129f. Your fiance brings it to the interview.

Do check the embassy's website because each one has its own set of rules as to what supporting docs she need to have with the I-134. And don't delay on checking this because some of those docs may take time to get. Do it now while there is no rush.

But do not sign and date the I-134 yet because there are also rules regarding having the date be a certain maximum number of days prior to the interview. Again, check the embassy's web site for specifics.
