Moving to consulate/embassy forum.

Financials needed with I-134 at time of interview, not when filing petition.

As long as your income is sufficient to support an immigrant, then I doubt a bankruptcy will have any affect..

One of the stipulations in my divorce was that we had to file bankruptcy together. Will this affect the approval of my fiance's K-1 visa?

Bankrupicy will not affect the K-1

I'm assuming that I will need to include the bankruptcy info when I send my financial info to my fiancé?

Why? The I-134 does not call for it as well as not requested by consulate.

I-134 only requires income information, typically ( past 3 years IRS returns, recent pay stubs, employer letter)
