Hello There,

Happy New Year

Hope you are doing great.

My mom who has a green card applied for me (F2B). I have my interview set up in January, and I have a few questions.

1. What are the main questions they ask?

2. Which cases go to the administrative process?

3. Do they require any evidence of domicile for the petitioner?

4. My uncle filled for I864 (financial support) as a joint sponsor, what evidence do I need to bring for him?

5. I know what documents I need to bring for myself, any other documents required for my petitioner?

Thank you for your help, and please advise me on anything else you think is important.

Kind Regards,

1. What are the main questions they ask?

They will basically want to know abt your relationship with your mom,My father petitioned for my sis and when she interviewed they ask her, how are you related to the petitioner, is he married to your mom. where is your mom now. how did your dad go to the State, they also asked her abt me (I am the financial sponsor)and my husband, How did I go to the states, my occupation, etc.

2. Which cases go to the administrative process? Not sure , but I assume if they have to do field investigation???

3. Do they require any evidence of domicile for the petitioner? Shouldn't they already have proof of your moms residency and address? Not too sure

4. My uncle filled for I864 (financial support) as a joint sponsor, what evidence do I need to bring for him? My sis did not have to bring any evidence abt me (the financial sponsor)I already sent everything to NVC here in the States - affidavit of support with all the supporting documents

5. I know what documents I need to bring for myself, any other documents required for my petitioner? Pictures of you and your mom as much as you have, old and new.

Congrats and goodluck on your upcoming interview!!!!
