Just pay for your dad, it covers your mom also, so you only pay once. Once your dad's AOS appears paid, call the NVC to send you the barcode sheet for your mom, because, the barcode sheet is not available at your mom's payment portal, unless it will appear different than mine and they have it.

Mine is still locked. I just paid the IV fee.

Yes...you will also get an email asking you to send DS-260.

How quickly after your case number was assigned, did you get the bill for the AOS? I'm in limbo right now, (im)patiently waiting for my case number - I'm bugging them nearly every day I have nearly everything ready to be submitted though for the AOS packet. I'm so excited to see that so many of y'all are making such great progress at the NVC.

Three days. Although the case number could have been assigned before I got through to NVC and received it, possibly the Friday before. Three business days nevertheless.

Yes. You have to use it. If your papers get there before the payment clears, they'll just hold them. But that's unlikely, the payment clears in 2 business days.

It's in the instructions. Total income from your tax returns if you file jointly.

IIRC, adjusted gross is for form I-864EZ
