hello.. anybody knows how to contact the congresswoman of the 23rd district of california? or has anyone already tried to contact congresswoman Lois Capps? we want to contact anytime soon.. thanks


August 25, 2010 I-129F was sent to Lewisville, TX

August 27, 2010 received date

August 30, 2010 NOA1

September 1, 2010 NOA1 hardcopy

September 8, 2010 'touched'

February 2, 2011 RFE =(

February 7, 2011 RFE hardcopy received and sent back to CSC

February 10, 2011 USCIS received our response to RFE

February 15, 2011 I129F APPROVED!! Thank You Lord God...

February 22, 2011 NOA2 hardcopy received..

NVC just received our case

February 23, 2011 Got new case number from NVC via email..

March 2 and 3, 2011 Medical at St. Lukes (PASSED!)

March 7, 2011 US consulate received our case.

MArch 15, 2011 CFO guidance and counseling seminar (got the green cert)

March 17, 2011 USEM letter received via Email..

April 5, 2011 Interview.. VISA APPROVED!

April 13, 2011 Visa in hand..

April 15,2011 POE: LAX

Best way is to walk into their office. Look up their local office and go there. Bring a copy of EVERYTHING you ever sent to USCIS to leave with them.

thanks for the advice.. are they gonna entertain our concern about k1 processing? do we need to wait for our 5months mark to do the follow up? thank you very much

They may entertain your concern. However, if they try to contact USCIS and you are still within the normal 5 months time frame, they may tell them the same answer that you are going to get, which is you are still within the normal 5 months time frame. However, you can always try. Good Luck and Happy New Year.

12/06/2010: Case forwarded to US Embassy in Manila/ Received MNL case#

12/29/2010: First day of Medical Exam at St. Luke's Medical

01/07/2011: Visa Interview Scheduled/Visa approved!

01/21/2011: K1 VISA delivered and on hand on at 11:00AM!

01/24/2011: CFO Seminar completed!

02/15/2011: POE LAX!

03/26/2011: Finally Wedding!

AOS JOURNEY

05/09/2011: AOS, AP, and EAD mailed via USPS Express Mail

05/10/2011: Delivered and Received at 10:13 AM. Signed by S B.

05/18/2011: Check Cashed

05/23/2011: NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP Received

07/12/2011: EAD, and AP Received in Mail

09/22/2011: AOS Interview Date. Passed w/ flying colors.
