proving income in usa

Timeline

hello can anyone tell me

when my husband sponsored me and my children to usa he had to prove his income which he did and no problem

now that we are here and got 2 year green cards and ssn and i am working for the state

does my husband still have to prove his income at all

will we be deported if his income is less now (sold his company) income is much less

how does that part of immigration process work

please any info would be helpful

thank you all so very much

i dont know what i would do without this site

NO, I-864 is accepted and does not expire, having income fall below what was required by I-864 will NOT have any affect on your green-card status, and is NOT needed to be reported again for reasons of support.

Later when removing conditions, you need to attach copies of Jointly filed returns with the I-751, however this not for evidence of support, it is to show returns were jointly filed, with both names listed on the return, it shows in a normal marital relationship.
